Pilates Mat-based class is a series of exercises performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. The primary aim is to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance, coordination and strength.
Susan will be teaching Mat class on Thursdays through the summer from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
